"The Gold of the Andes" is a business project with a solidarity initiative that imports ecological products from Peru to Europe. It emerged in 2009 during a Doctoral Thesis at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, with the support of the AJE and ecological certification. They offer high-quality food, respecting the environment and promoting sustainability. Their commitment includes products without pesticides, support for farmers, and fair trade.
