Originally from the Pyrénées, this sheep's cheese with chili is the result of ancestral know-how. The raw milk gives it a great aromatic richness, softened by a soft and melting paste. The Espelette pepper, subtle and fragrant, enhances the whole without dominating it.

🧀 Texture: soft, slightly melting
🌶️ Taste: mild and milky, with a warm and spicy note
📅 Tasting season: all year round, with a touch of brightness in summer
