Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is fundamentally characterized by four factors:

  • An intense yellow color with some traces of green.
  • A sweet and flat flavor, without the characteristic spiciness or bitterness of oils from southern Spain; therefore, achieving a very pleasant palate that makes tasting these Extra Virgins a real pleasure.
  • An aroma of very dense ripe fruit.
