Gran Paladar's Iberian Blood Sausage is an exclusive, artisanal product made with blood from 100% Iberian pigs, following traditional recipes. This sausage is rich in protein, iron, potassium, and vitamin B12, making it a nutritious option. However, due to its high content of saturated fat and calories, moderate consumption is advisable, not exceeding 40 grams and not more than three times a week. The best way to enjoy it is cooked or grilled, avoiding frying. Each piece weighs approximately 450 grams.
