Za'atar is a traditional blend of spices and aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean and Arab region. This product comes from Fair Trade and has been cultivated, harvested, and crafted using artisanal techniques in the West Bank, within the Palestinian Territories, by Palestinian women's cooperatives with the support of the Agricultural Development Association (PARC). It contains 57% sesame, 30% thyme, plus sumac, salt, and fennel seeds. It is 100% made from Fair Trade ingredients and suitable for gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegan diets. It comes in 80 g containers, with cartons holding 12 units of this authentic and high-quality product.
