Founded in 1980, Jamones el Chulo started with a small manual production.
In the 80s, their production grew and in 1990 they built their drying facility.
Currently, they continue to evolve and incorporate new products from the region of the Sierra de Cazorla Natural Park.
Known for their quality and expertise, Jamones el Chulo is an expert in the production of hams and sausages.
Coupage de las variedades Tempranillo (90%) y Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) de uvas procedentes de viñedos propios, de más de 15 años.
Volumen de alcohol: 14 %
Estructurado y carnoso con un excelente bouquet retro nasal después de llenar nuestra boca de intenso sabor, perfectamente equilibrado, largo y generoso en sensaciones gustativas.
