Each piece is hand-cut by experts and comes from 100% Iberian pigs raised in the meadows of Extremadura and Huelva.

Ingredients: 100% Iberian acorn-fed pork lean, paprika, salt, dextrin, glucose syrup, dextrose, spices, liquor, emulsifiers (Siphosphates and Polyphosphates), antioxidants (E316, E320, E321), preservatives (Potassium nitrate) and colorants (carmine)
