This extra virgin olive oil is an early Picual variety harvested between late October and early November. It has an intense green color. It is striking on the nose with its intense green fruity notes, with aromas of freshly cut grass, apple, tomato leaf, and fig. In the mouth, it is fresh and balanced with moderate bitterness and spiciness and an almond aftertaste.
