The careful presentation of Oleum Excelsus, along with its excellent extra virgin olive oil, positions it in the highest range of the Premium segment. Oleum Excelsus Reserve Familiar is presented in a transparent glass bottle of 500 ml, so that the consumer can appreciate the golden green color of this magnificent olive oil on the spot, and in a case to protect it from light and heat for better preservation. Oleum Excelsus, derived entirely from century-old olive trees, reminiscent of green olives, with its predominant note being tomato plant, although it also brings to mind banana peel and green almond, and to a lesser extent, artichoke. The depth of the green aroma transforms into an intense flavor of olive leaf.
The sensations of bitterness and spiciness present a very similar medium intensity, and in balance with the fruity notes. Limited and numbered annual edition.
