Production: The fermentation of the must was carried out at a low temperature, followed by skin maceration where the must is in contact with the skins to obtain more aromas, completing its vinification with aging on fine lees for 90 days, to increase its glyceric content that will leave us with a wine that is unctuous and elegant in aromas.
