Mas de Bondia is a town, it is flavor, it is quality, it is tradition, it is proximity. Our products come from the lands bathed by the Túria river, in Valencia. The origin is very important to us, as well as the history and especially the people and families behind each product. This imprints a personal stamp on each one of them and you can see the care of things well done, with affection, with passion. That is why we want to share with you the quality of always, the true aromas and flavors and the pleasure of tasting them, of feeling special and unique.

Our story begins in 2019, when Javier Herrero (31) has to take charge of his family's citrus groves at Camp de Turia, Valencia. Besides one of his passions, beekeeping. This project was called Mas de Bondia, in honor of his recently deceased grandfather Francisco Bondia, a lifelong farmer in the Turia Natural Park.

On the other hand, his paternal family comes from Alpuente, where he has spent his best summers and knows perfectly every corner and every product of Alto Túria, a biosphere reserve by UNESCO. For all this, we are very good connoisseurs of the work that is behind each product, of who and how they work it and of the land from which it is born. In short, we know the origin perfectly.
