Black Widow Never Never is a single-varietal Tempranillo that seeks a youthful character (hence its name, never never, like Peter Pan's country), with a greater complexity from its time in oak barrels.
The high areas of each vineyard are harvested as they are the poorest. Black Widow Never Never is made 100% with Tempranillo grapes. Made in 225-liter French oak barrels for 14 days at low temperatures, with 4-5 daily pourings.
Aged in different French oak barrels, seeking aromatic complexity until the end of malolactic fermentation.
Wine with D.O.C. La Rioja.
