A wine from Amonacid de la Sierra, made by Jorge Navascues, a blend of garnacha and cariñena grapes, with a light aging in oak barrels.
On the nose, red fruit, balsamic notes, and the freshness typical of garnacha, on the palate it gives us red fruits, with a sweet tannin. Dark garnet color with a well-covered layer.
You can pair it with meats, stews, cured meats, and cheeses.
