This is an extra virgin olive oil made with the monovarietal verdeña variety. It has a yellowish green color and a strong fruity aroma of fresh green grass (freshly cut grass, hay), tomato, mint, and artichoke. In the mouth, the taste of fresh and healthy fruit predominates. It has a pleasant and just right bitterness, a characteristic sensation of the green and fresh olives it was made from and an inherent attribute of the verdeña variety.
