This wine, 100% Albariño, is the expression of a vineyard of unparalleled beauty nestled in the history of a Pazo that dates back to the 16th century.
A wine with great aromatic intensity, broad and very fruity on the palate, evoking the Celtic legends that surround the Miño River.
Vineyard: Average age of 35 years (the vineyard has a variable age between 25 and 40 years depending on the plot).
Production: Hand-harvested. Selection of grapes in the vineyard. Various vinification methods to obtain maximum expressiveness and complexity, a portion is destemmed for maceration at low temperature (11ºC) and the other is vinified using whole clusters with well-lignified stems. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 17ºC for 15 days.
