Prados Fusión is a young red wine that stands out for its Denomination of Origin Campo de Borja. With a careful blend of 65% Garnacha and 35% Syrah, this wine is made from hand-picked grapes to ensure optimal ripening. During production, a pre-fermentation maceration is carried out in open tanks for four days at a controlled temperature of 10ºC, maximizing the extraction of color and aromas. Subsequently, the processes of maceration and fermentation occur simultaneously for five days at an optimal temperature of 25-28ºC, allowing a perfect balance between freshness and concentration. After pressing, the wines move to finishing and aging tanks, where they undergo natural malolactic fermentation, followed by a maturation and stabilization period without physical methods, ensuring the purity and authenticity of the product. Prados Fusión Magnum is ideal for enjoyment at celebrations and gatherings, allowing the sharing of its excellent quality with family and friends.
