Proventus is an exceptional red wine produced exclusively from the Tinta del País or Tempranillo variety. This wine is the result of a meticulous process involving 14 months of aging in French oak barrels, complemented by 10 months of maturation in bottle before release. The vineyards of Proventus are located in various prestigious areas within Ribera del Duero, from the renowned Peñafiel area, situated about 750 meters above sea level with soils characterized by gravel and sand, to the regions of Roa and Olmedillo, at about 850 meters, where the soils present typical combinations of clay and limestone. This wine contains sulfites, and its complexity of flavors reflects the care and winemaking tradition of the region.
