The authentic Miguelitos de la Roda (Albacete)

In 1951, in La Roda, the Ruiz family started their business in a bakery. Don Manuel Blanco López created the famous "miguelito", a puff pastry filled with custard and glazed, in honor of his friend Miguel Ramírez.
