Acústic Blanco is a dry white wine made from a careful selection of grapes, including Xarel·lo, Macabeo, and Garnacha Blanca, from the prestigious Montsant region. This wine is characterized by a spontaneous fermentation process in concrete tanks, giving it a unique character. It is then aged for a few months in French oak barrels.
