Care Tinto Sobre Lías is a red wine produced in the Denomination of Origin Cariñena, a region known for its continental climate and the characteristic Cierzo wind that benefits vineyard health. This wine is a blend of Garnacha and Syrah, grown in low-yield vineyards at about 600 meters altitude. Its production process includes aging on its fine lees for 3 to 4 months, a technique more typical for white wines than for young reds. This gives the wine greater complexity and smoothness on the palate, without using wood, allowing the purity of red and black fruit to shine. On the nose, it presents intense aromas of raspberry and blackberry, complemented by a subtle floral background of violets.
