The Arnaud Baillot Bourgogne Aligoté Blanc is a refined and vibrant white wine from Burgundy, made from the Aligoté grape, which is often overshadowed by Chardonnay. This fresh and elegant wine comes from vineyards with chalky soils that ensure excellent minerality. After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit's purity. Subsequently, the wine matures in contact with fine lees for several months, imparting complexity and a slight creaminess. Arnaud Baillot, who began his career in 2013, and his wife Laure have cultivated 10 hectares of 100% organic vineyards since 2017, working to reflect the unique complexity of Burgundy's terroirs in every bottle.
