Aroa Laia is an organic and vegan white wine made exclusively from Garnacha Blanca. It comes from vineyards located in one of the coolest areas of Navarra, under the influence of the Cantabrian climate, which gives it a much more vibrant and sharp profile than the white garnachas from warmer regions. It is made with minimal intervention, fermenting in stainless steel tanks to maintain varietal purity.
In the glass, it presents a pale yellow color with greenish highlights, very clean. On the nose, it is subtle yet persistent, with notes of white fruit (pear), hints of freshly cut grass, and a mineral nuance very characteristic of the clay-limestone terroir of the area. On the palate, it is fresh, direct, and has a well-defined acidity that gives it great agility. It is a wine with a silky but light mouthfeel. Ideal to accompany vegetables from the Navarra garden, grilled fish, mild cheeses, and fresh seafood.
