Red wine made primarily from Tempranillo and Garnacha, sourced from selected vineyards in the middle area of Navarra. The philosophy of this wine is immediacy and pleasure; for this reason, it undergoes a classic fermentation in stainless steel and a short aging of about 4 months in oak barrels (mainly American), just enough time to round off the tannins without masking the primary aromas of the grape.
In the glass, it presents a medium intensity cherry red color with a violet rim that indicates its youth. On the nose, it is very fragrant, with an explosion of ripe red fruits (raspberry, wild strawberry) over a subtle background of vanilla, cocoa, and very soft spicy notes. On the palate, it is balanced, fresh, and very easy to drink, with a silky mouthfeel and a pleasant finish that leaves a nice fruity aftertaste.
It is an ideal wine for daily sipping and to accompany light dishes: white meats, pasta with tomato sauce, cold cuts, semi-cured cheeses, and Mediterranean snacks.
