Bicycles and Fish Verdejo is a white wine that embodies the essence of the DO Rueda. Produced by Family Owned Wineries, this wine is a single-varietal Verdejo, the region's most characteristic grape. The grapes are harvested at night from old vineyards in Rueda to preserve their freshness and aromatic quality. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for 25 days. Subsequently, the wine remains in contact with its fine lees to achieve greater mouthfeel without sacrificing freshness. With a pale yellow color and greenish highlights, it showcases an intense bouquet of stone fruit, grapefruit, and floral notes. On the palate, it is balanced, with mineral undertones and a refreshing finish. Perfect for pairing with appetizers, fish, seafood, and Mediterranean cuisine, it is recommended to serve between 8 and 10 ºC for full aroma enjoyment.
