Hoya de los Lobos Chardonnay is a white wine belonging to the most modern line of Bodegas Gran Feudo, within the D.O. Navarra. This Chardonnay is made from grapes grown in clay soils and gravel. The vinification includes a brief cold maceration, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aging for 5 months on fine lees. This adds complexity, volume, and balance to the wine. It shows a bright yellow color with golden reflections, citrus, and tropical fruit aromas. On the palate, it stands out for its good volume, rich and tasty texture, balanced acidity, and an elegant finish.
