Cal Grau Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The Cal Grau oil is a monovarietal made exclusively from Arbequina olives, sourced from the olive trees that coexist with the vineyards on the estate in Priorat. It is an early harvest oil, collected at the optimal moment of ripeness to extract the maximum aromatic expression. The extraction is done cold (at less than 27°C) solely through mechanical processes, ensuring that all organoleptic properties and natural antioxidants remain intact.

On the nose, it is an oil of great intensity, with dominant notes of freshly cut grass, artichoke, tomato, and a characteristic hint of green almond. On the palate, it stands out for its balance; it has a sweet and smooth entry, with a slight bitterness and a very subtle and elegant spiciness at the end, typical of the Arbequina grown in slate soils. It is the ideal complement for use raw on toasted bread, gourmet salads, carpaccios, steamed white fish, and grilled vegetables.
