Contino Reserva is the perfect balance between Rioja tradition and the modernity of a single estate wine. It is made from grapes sourced from the San Rafael estate in Laguardia, primarily Tempranillo, with small percentages of Graciano, Mazuelo, and Garnacha, which give it a unique complexity. It undergoes aging for about 24 months in French and American oak barrels, followed by a long resting period in the bottle.

On the nose, it is elegant and deep, with a harmonious combination of ripe red fruit, notes of sweet spices (vanilla, cinnamon), mineral touches, and a subtle background of leather and tobacco. On the palate, it is a wine of great structure but with a silky texture, very polished tannins, and a noble acidity that ensures a long life. It is bold, balanced, and very sophisticated.
