Dos Marías Roble, produced by Macià Batle winery in Mallorca, is a red wine that is part of the Binissalem Denomination of Origin. This wine features a careful blend of native varieties like Mantonegro, along with international varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah. The production process includes fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, followed by aging for 5 months in second and third-use barrels, primarily French oak. Sensorially, it stands out with aromas of forest red fruits, accompanied by soft milky notes, vanilla, and toasted hints. On the palate, it is characterized by its breadth, elegance, and persistence, offering mature tannins and a pleasant balance that makes it a good companion for various occasions.
