Herència Altés La Cirereta is a single-varietal red wine that comes from a meticulous selection of Garnacha grapes sourced from a unique estate in Gandesa. This wine stands out for its pursuit of elegance over power, featuring a carefully managed vinification process that includes aging in large wooden foudres to best respect the fruit. Visually, it presents a clean and bright ruby red color. On the nose, it is an ode to crunchy red fruit, especially cherry (honoring its name), with floral notes of violets and a hint of white pepper. On the palate, it is silky, agile, and very fresh, with fine tannins and a characteristic chalky minerality from the Terra Alta terroir. It pairs perfectly with poultry dishes, goat cheeses, tuna tataki, or mushroom stews.
