Puput Pét-Nat (formerly known as AUS Pét-Nat Blanco) is a natural sparkling wine produced by Alta Alella - Celler de les Aus, located in the Serralada de Marina Natural Park, near Barcelona.This wine is exclusively made with organically grown Pansa Blanca grapes on granitic soils (sauló), following the ancestral method, which involves bottling the must before fermentation is complete, without the addition of sulfites or filtration.
Appearance: Pale yellow color with greenish reflections and slight natural turbidity due to being unfiltered.
Nose: Fresh and vibrant aromas of white fruits like apple and pear, with subtle citrus notes and a floral touch.
Palate: Fresh and light, with balanced acidity that enhances its fruity flavors and a slightly creamy texture due to the presence of lees. The bubbles are fine and persistent, providing an effervescent and lively sensation. The finish is dry and refreshing, with a persistent fruitiness and a subtle mineral touch.
Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany seafood, salads, and light dishes.
