Ètim Tardana Negre
Ètim Tardana Negre is a sweet (or fortified) red wine that represents the tradition of "dessert wines" from the region. It is primarily made from old-vine Garnacha, allowing the grapes to over-ripen on the vine to concentrate sugars and aromas. This wine has a deep color intensity, with a fascinating nose reminiscent of fig trees, raisins, dates, and red fruit jams, all wrapped in notes of cocoa and dried fruits. On the palate, it is dense, velvety, and sweet, but with the structure necessary to avoid being cloying. It is the liquid soul of Montsant in its sweetest and most traditional version.
