This wine is a single-varietal Garnacha from selected vineyards, conceived under a philosophy of maximum elegance and minimal intervention. Unlike younger and more direct rosés, the Garnatxa Rosé from Celler Kripta seeks greater structure and finesse. It is produced through a very gentle pressing to obtain only the "mosto flor," followed by fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. Its distinctive color and texture are the result of meticulous work with the lees that provides an unusual creaminess for rosés in its category.
Visually, it presents a very elegant pale pink color, with salmon reflections, clean and bright. On the nose, it is subtle and complex, offering notes of small red fruits (pomegranate, raspberry) combined with floral hints of orange blossom and a slightly spiced background. On the palate, it is silky, with a pleasant entry that gives way to a vibrant and well-integrated acidity that grants it great verticality. Its finish is long, clean, and with a pleasant fruity sensation. It is a gastronomic wine, perfect for pairing with fatty fish (salmon, tuna), carpaccios, seafood rice dishes, and creamy cheeses.
