Kripta Rosado Trepat
Rosé Cava made exclusively from the Trepat grape variety and classified as Reserva. This cava is produced following organic viticulture practices, where the grapes are hand-picked and carry a vegan certification. It comes from the Ubac estate in Sant Joan de Mediona, located at an altitude of 500 meters.
The vines are cultivated in slate soils on terraced plots, taking advantage of the mountain viticulture conditions. This Kripta Trepat cava is characterized by its profile with hints of wild strawberries and cherries. It is a sparkling wine with attractive aromas, mineral freshness, and notable agility. It is recommended as the perfect accompaniment for appetizers, starters, fruit selections, fresh cheeses, and pastries made with puff pastry.
