Xic Rosado is an organic wine made primarily from the Garnacha variety, selected from vineyards located in Penedès. Following the philosophy of the "Xic" line, this wine seeks the maximum expression of fruit and immediate freshness. It is made using the bleeding method after a brief cold maceration with the skins to extract a delicate color and intense primary aromas. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.

In the glass, it presents a pale, bright, and clean pink color, of "onion skin" style. On the nose, it is very expressive and seductive, with a predominance of fresh red fruits such as wild strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by floral notes of rose petals and a slightly citrusy background. On the palate, it is light, agile, and very refreshing thanks to its excellent acidity. It is a balanced wine, with a luscious mouthfeel that invites you to drink. It is the ideal companion for appetizers, pasta, rice dishes, summer salads, sushi, and slightly spicy oriental cuisine.
