Alta Alella Mirgin Laietà Rosé Gran Reserva Brut Nature is an organic and unique cava, made 100% with the native Mataró variety, a grape closely linked to the Maresme region. Its authentic and Mediterranean character is reflected in every glass, making it one of the most distinctive sparkling rosés in the area.
The production process begins with a 10-hour cold maceration, which allows for the ideal color to be obtained, followed by a gentle pressing to extract only the flower must. Subsequently, each bottle undergoes the second fermentation according to the traditional method, resting for a minimum of 49 months on its lees before disgorging. The label always indicates the exact date of disgorging and aging, a seal of transparency and quality.
In the glass, the color varies depending on the vintage: from a vibrant strawberry pink to more delicate tones that evoke terracotta. On the nose, floral aromas of violet and notes of red fruits typical of Mataró stand out, wrapped in a background of toasted almond resulting from its long aging. In the mouth, it is a cava with fine and elegant bubbles, with persistent flavors reminiscent of red fruits, accompanied by a marked minerality and salinity that provide freshness and character.
An elegant, complex, and very gastronomic organic rosé gran reserva cava, perfect for pairing with seafood, fatty fish, rice dishes, or simply to toast with distinction.
