This 100% Albariño is crafted from grapes grown in small plots of the Val do Salnés subregion, known for its Atlantic climate that provides freshness and a distinctive character. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, followed by aging for four months on fine lees, adding complexity and a silky texture. In the glass, it presents a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. Its aroma is intense, featuring white fruits such as apple, pear, and peach, combined with ripe pineapple and floral notes.
