Marqués de Riscal Verdejo is a white wine with Designation of Origin Rueda, made from the native Verdejo grape variety. Its nocturnal harvest preserves the wine's aromas and freshness. After harvesting, the grapes undergo a cold maceration and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at 13-16°C for 20 days. The wine rests with fine lees, enhancing its complexity. It has a pale yellow color and intense aromas of tropical and citrus fruits, with herbal notes. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced in acidity, and has a slight bitter aftertaste, making it ideal for pairing with fish, seafood, salads, and fresh cheeses.
