This organic wine is produced at the Mas Vilella estate, located in La Bisbal del Penedès, 250 meters above sea level and 15 km from the Mediterranean Sea, on calcareous and clay soils. The vinification includes a fermentation and aging of 10 months in French oak barrels of 300 and 400 liters and clay amphorae, with weekly stirring on its lees.
