Organic red wine produced by Parató Vinícola, representing the highest expression of the Cabernet Sauvignon adaptation to the terroir of Penedès. It comes exclusively from the Vinya Santa Clara plot, a low-yield vineyard where concentration and optimal grape ripeness are sought.

After prolonged maceration to extract all the color and structure, the wine undergoes 12 months aging in French and American oak barrels. The result is a powerful wine, with a marked varietal typicity but softened by the elegance imparted by the Parató house style.

Intense garnet color with a high layer. On the nose, it is an exhibition of the variety: roasted red pepper, black pepper, ripe berries, and a background of well-integrated tobacco and fine wood. On the palate, it is bold, with body and mature tannins that fill the mouth, offering a long, spicy finish with balsamic notes. It is the perfect companion for grilled red meats, game, hearty stews, and well-aged cheeses.
