Perelada Collection White pays homage to the stunning glass collection housed in the castle of Peralada. Crafted by the Castillo Perelada winery, this wine belongs to the D.O. Empordà. The main blend consists of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, achieving a perfect balance between youth and sophistication. While it is a young wine, a small portion of the must briefly matures in new acacia wood barrels, adding complexity and depth. Visually, it presents a bright straw-yellow hue. Its aromas evoke sweet fruits like peach and banana. On the palate, it is round, fresh, and enveloping, with a long finish that leaves a lasting impression.
