The Perlat wine was one of the pioneers of the Montsant Designation of Origin. Today it continues to set trends, with a fresh, complex, and current style.
The Perlat Syrah is a red wine made 100% with the Syrah grape and aged in oak barrels for more than 10 months.
It has an intense ruby color, clean and bright, with violet reflections. On the nose, it expresses a great aromatic complexity where black fruit stands out accompanied by hints of licorice, coffee, chocolate, and nuts. On the palate, it has a silky texture marked by fruity sensations that provide a long and velvety aftertaste.
