Rooster Rojo Reposado is a premium Mexican tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave, grown in Los Altos de Jalisco. This tequila is distilled at the Fábrica de Tequilas Finos, where it undergoes a double distillation process using water filtered through Mexican silver for distinctive smoothness. The product ages for 2 to 6 months in French oak barrels previously used for cognac, adding unique complexity and elegance. Its color is a light amber with golden highlights, while its aroma combines notes of ripe red fruits, like cherry and red apple, with vanilla, cinnamon, and caramel. On the palate, it is sweet and balanced, with hints of cooked agave and orange zest. Its finish is silky, warm, and persistent, with a touch of wood and toasted spices.
