Ciello Rosso 2022 is an organic red wine from the Sicilia Denomination of Origin, made from 100% Nero d’Avola grapes. This young wine presents a fresh character, ideal for daily consumption. With an alcohol content of 12% vol., it is grown under certified organic practices, ensuring a quality product that is environmentally friendly. The harvest is done at night, preserving the product’s freshness, and its fermentation is spontaneous using native yeasts. This product is not aggressively clarified or filtered, which might result in the presence of natural sediments. In sensory analysis, it shows an intense, slightly cloudy red color, with aromas of dark fruits like plums and blackberries, accompanied by hints of licorice and a spicy note. On the palate, Ciello Rosso offers a medium body, with soft tannins and balanced acidity, finishing with a fruity and fresh aftertaste. It is recommended to serve this wine slightly chilled, between 12 and 14 ºC, making it a perfect option to pair with pasta with sauce, cold cuts, grilled white meats, and semi-cured cheeses.
