The Rooster Red Blanco is a premium Mexican tequila made with 100% Weber blue agave, cultivated in the regions of Los Altos de Jalisco and Tequila. Produced by the distillery Fábrica de Tequilas Finos, owned by Amber Beverage Group, this tequila undergoes a 10-hour steam cooking of the agave piñas in autoclaves. Subsequently, a 72-hour fermentation with special yeast and a double distillation in stainless steel stills is carried out. The water used in its production is filtered through Mexican silver, providing a distinctive smoothness to the final product.
