Sàtirs White is a young wine with Denomination of Origin Empordà, produced by the Arché Pagès winery in Capmany, Girona. With more than five generations in the art of winemaking, this winery specializes in wines made using traditional methods and respect for the land. This wine is made exclusively from Macabeo grapes grown on granitic soils influenced by the Mediterranean climate and the Tramuntana wind, contributing to optimal ripening. The grapes are hand-picked, and fermentation occurs at controlled temperatures, complemented by a brief aging on fine lees to maintain freshness. In tasting, Sàtirs White presents a pale yellow color with greenish hints, releasing aromas of green apple and grapefruit along with white flowers. It is fresh and balanced on the palate, ideal for pairing with appetizers, salads, and light fish dishes.
