Seventh Sense Rosé is a young wine mainly made from the Garnacha variety (and sometimes with a touch of Tempranillo), following the philosophy of Democratic Wines to create accessible, modern, and easy-to-enjoy wines. It is a rosé that bets on freshness and direct fruity expression, using the bleeding method after a short maceration to obtain its characteristic color and liveliness.

In the glass, it presents a bright pink color with onion skin or salmon reflections. On the nose, it stands out for its intensity of fresh red fruits (wild strawberries, raspberries) and subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is light, very refreshing, and has a balanced acidity that makes it extremely agile. It is an "all-terrain" wine ideal for casual drinking, Mediterranean cuisine, salads, pasta, and light Asian food.
