Mas Doix Murmuri Blanco is an exceptional white wine from the DOQ Priorat, made by the renowned Celler Mas Doix in Poboleda. The 2025 vintage consists of 90% Garnacha Blanca and 10% Macabeo. The grapes are gently pressed, and the resulting must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 ºC. After fermentation, the wine remains in contact with the lees for 3 months, a process that includes battonage to enrich its aromatic profile. This wine is known for being fresh, vibrant, and aromatic, exhibiting a unique Mediterranean and mineral character.
