This red wine is a 100% Garnacha Fina from high-altitude vineyards (around 500 meters), grown in clay-calcareous soils. What makes it special is that the cooperative has maintained the traditional winemaking style: fermentation in cement tanks (trujales) and minimal aging in wood, allowing the grape to express itself as it is.
On the nose, it is pure aroma: reminiscent of fresh raspberries, pomegranates, and red flowers, with a hint of Mediterranean herbs (thyme, rosemary). On the palate, it is a marvel of lightness; it is very fluid, almost like a fruit juice with a "punch." It has a vibrant acidity that makes it dangerously easy to drink. It is the perfect example of a "thirst-quenching" Garnacha.
