Taittinger Brut ReserveTaittinger Brut Reserve is made up of 40% Chardonnay and 60% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, sourced from over 35 different vineyards and various vintages brought to perfect ripeness. This strong proportion of Chardonnay, unique among the great non-vintage champagnes, along with a minimum aging of three years in the cellar, where it reaches its full aromatic maturity, make Taittinger Brut Reserve a very balanced champagne, whose quality, of absolute consistency, is recognized worldwide. It is honored to thus conceive an exceptional non-vintage Brut.Golden straw yellow in color and bright. The bubbles are fine. The foam is discreet and persistent. The nose, very expressive and open, is both fruity and bready. It gives off aromas of peach, white flowers reminiscent of hawthorn and acacia, and vanilla notes. The entry on the palate is fresh, lively, and harmonious. Subsequently, delicate flavors of white fruits and honey are expressed. It is a champagne to be enjoyed at any time and in any place, with great gastronomic versatility.
