Superbloom White is an organic and natural wine made by Oller del Mas in the beautiful Pla de Bages. This wine is presented under a minimal intervention philosophy, allowing local varieties like Sumoll Blanc, Garnacha blanca, and Picapoll white to express themselves to their fullest. The production process includes a two-day skin maceration and spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, without the addition of sulfites, highlighting its pure and authentic character. After careful aging for 4 months on its lees with batonnage, Superbloom White achieves notable texture and complexity, all without the use of wood. In the glass, it presents an intense yellow color, while on the nose it offers appealing notes of white fruit alongside delicate hints of fresh yeast. On the palate, the tension and acidity of Sumoll Blanc stand out, resulting in a nimble, flavorful wine with a distinctive personality.
